  1. I’m with you there, but, as much as I want to sometimes scream at my monitor (when work doesn’t intrude, which it has, often), I find this sort of legal wrangling interesting and I think it’s important to know what is being said to the California Supreme Court in the arguments for and against. Predictable on some levels, but interesting. Here’s hoping the CSSC does the right thing, as it did last summer.
